We stayed in a Zip-A-Dee Doo-Dah! a week after Memorial Day in 2013, and a cabin really exceeded our expectations. The place was super clean, had a pleasing fresh wooden smell, was beautifully decorated, and was very well equipped with anything one may need during stay. The place must be new because everything was like on the pictures or better. I did not see any issues with WiFi; internet worked smoothly, so it's must have been pretty fast - xfinity I think. The place is isolated and has a pretty good size "yard" with a nice large fire ring and the wood is provided. It's located on a slight hill, but no issues for parking or driving. The front porch has a rocking bench, the back porch has a gas and charcoal grill, another rocking bench, 2 rocking chairs, and a stylish cooler to match the set. The hot tub worked great; was very clean, no one got sick, no one got rashes. There was a sauna on a back porch (to our surprise) because it was not announced anywhere and it looked all new too, but we did not have time to use it. All the appliances worked great and were very clean and new. We expected some bugs, but all we saw was a couple of spiders; nothing else. There is a Climb Works Canopy (zip line tours) place within a walking distance; they do wonderful job too. There is a creek, but it's not accessible from the cabin; you can see it and hear it from the cabin though. It runs on the opposite side of the street. If you're looking for your own creek; it's not the right place. But it has everything else you may wish for. This place is amazing and a very good value for the money. I wish we stayed there longer so we had more time to just "enjoy the cabin"
