The condo was great for 3 people with lots of kitchen stuff (eventhough we didn't use it). Nice fireplace for fall nights. The balcony was great. Will definitely stay again if we go back to Gatlinburg

The rooms was nice and large. They were very clean. As stated in other reviews all the tv's need updating, gotta be about 25-years old. Also the master bedroom covering needs updated as well. Stayed in room 414. Most of all customer service was cool and unfriendly. But overall nice accomodations

This place is a hidden secret...So don't tell everyone.....We usually stay in Pigeon Forge and drive into Gatlinburg, but the traffic can be horrible....we had a few couples meeting us and looked around to find rooms....the hotel prices in downtwon Gatlinburg were either high or sold out.....A friend of mine had told me to check out this condominium (not a hotel)....we got a two bedroom, that slept 6, for cheaper than we could have gotten a single hotel room here.....This place is within walking distance of anything in Downtown Gatlinburg....Also, you have to have a room key just to get on the elevator to get to your room after hours....so the privacy/safety is well worth every penny as well....We didn't have to touch our vehicles until the day we left because we were close to all we wanted to do.....You are close to everything here.....This will definitely be my first choice for our next trip to Gatlinburg...Highly Recommended

We hit traffic in Pigeon Forge and were arriving late. Staff said we had to get there by 8:00, as the office closed at that time. The condo was very nice, two large rooms, both with attached bathrooms with double sinks. Staff was friendly, but since it's a condo, there is not much interaction. You need your room key to get up to the room levels in the elevator so it's nice security. The one thing we were very disapointed in was that they shut off the hot tub at the end of September to turn on gas fireplaces in condos. I would rather have had the hot tub after a day of hiking. Great location just off the main drag of Gatlinburg, easy to walk to anything.
