“Perfect Honeymoon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2013 via mobile

Me and my husband got married 12-31-09 and decided to honeymoon in Gatlinburg so I checked out honeymoon hills we stayed in Garden of Eden, when we pulled up on our wedding night they turned the lights on for us, had the fireplace going, it was so romantic. They workers were helpful getting our reservations set up, we had a blast. It even snowed on our honeymoon! Honeymoon Hills is a place to stay for couples who want to be in peace and quiet and still be close to town! Honeymoon hills is a go to place, the cabins are very clean and just a lovely paradise!

My husband & I have stayed at these cabins several times, everyone is super nice, every cabin we have stayed in has been clean and very cozy. I highly reccomend them, some of the cabins are close together but they are still private.

We stayed in ENCHANTED. It was nestled at the top of the hill. Quaint cabin with a wonderful pine smell! Very private & has everything you need. The strip is a 5-10 minute drive from the cabin. The staff was amazing. They helped us in so many ways, & answered ALL of my MANY MANY questions!! Loved our wedding! Pastor Dan had wise words & the wedding photos were TOP NOTCH A+++, I am still drooling over them :) For the price its an absolute steal & well worth going to. WE CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!!

We just stayed at Garden of Eden this past weekend 11/9/12-11/11/12. The cabin was beautiful and inviting. Perfect for a romantic getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the serenity of the nature around our cabin. We only left the cabin once for a short time. We enjoyed the hot tub and all the beauty of the cabin. Completely wonderful from our previous stay at a different cabin back in March. Positive changes have been made. Definitely two thumbs!!!!

Wife and I booked here for a weekend get-away, and enjoyed the stay. i have read most of the reviews and I can understand a lot of them. Yes some of the cabins are older and seem a little musty. You are out in the woods in a cabin, not a hotel out on the strip. I had a great experience with the manager, and booking was a breeze. Our cabin was great, besides a little out dated but whatever. Nice hottub outside and jazuzzi inside. The bathroom was too small, but I didn't spend my time in there.

Went to friends wedding at Honeymoon Hills. Since their reservation was at this resort, we made ours there too. Wasn't familiar with their policies before calling. Was informed on phone about no refund policy. Made reservation anyway. Was really shocked to see confirmation letter was 3 or 4 pages of little print informing us of everything we could get charged extra for and driving directions. We have stayed in numerous cabins and hotels before, never saw anything like this before. (advise anyone going there to obtain this info).
The employees we met there were very friendly and even advised a good steak house (Peddler) to eat at after the wedding ceremony. The wedding ceremony was very good and the minister did a great job! I can understand their policy on no photos at wedding ceremonies because they are in the business of selling you photos and video of your wedding.
We had no problems finding resort, however you are in the mountains and we had to climb 2 hills to get to our cabin. Not bad till it snowed and we had to go out before they got the hills salted. quite scary and we were in a 4 wheel drive truck. This property is just off the arts and crafts loop so there are many of those businesses close if interested.
The cabins here are OK. The only thing unique is the heart shaped jacuzzi tubs. Other than that, other cabins we have been to were nicer and a lot less expensive. The cabins here are very close to each other. The walls inside them appears to be painted OSB (not very appealing). Our cabin was much nicer than the one the bride and groom had. WIFI would be a real nice addition to be able to search activities and purchase tickets online. (the computer picked up a strong signal for honeymoon hills but it is a secured network). In the room was a paper with sort of a contest to win 2 nights free for writing the best reviews that they could use. Why that instead of an opinion survey to find out what they could do to make your stay better?
When we departed the cabins we decided to stay another night in town. We got a very nice hotel room with a jacuzzi tub, microwave, refrigerator, indoor pool and hot tub in Pigeon Forge for 1/4th the amount we paid for this cabin. Overall the cabin served its purpose but, there was nothing about it that would make us want to go back.

We just got back from staying in Gatlinburg. We rented Endless Love and it was excellent. The cabin was very clean and private. The management was more then helpful. Hope we will be returning soon.
