“Great Location, would stay again”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2012

Pet friendly, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Close to all the shops, restaurants, convention center and lots of attractions. They are in the process of updating/renovating so I'm sure the next time I'm there will be even better.

I have stayed several times at the 4 seasons, and enjoyed them all, but this time will be our last, we booked for a 3 night stay and they did not even bother to tell us the heated pool had be out of operation for 2 months, but they sure advertize it... I found out from a worker there that it had been taken over by a Hotel Management, well let me tell you they are doing one sorry job.. our toilet seat was broken and pinched my daughter, there were ants all over the bathroom, our bed was broken down and laying in the floor, we fixed it, the mattresses are worn out they need replaced... and over all the place was DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY.... this was my last stay with them... and I have taken and recommended a lot of people in the past for this motel.. but it is not gonna happen again,,,, all I can say is .... STEER CLEAR FROM THE FOUR SEASONS IN GATLINBURG, TN. it has become pitiful....

Room Tip: Rooms are dirty, no matter which side you on

We had just returned from a miseriable one night stay at this motel. We made reservations a month ago for two rooms. We looked forward to a great time in Gatlinburg. There is not many pet friendly accomidations in the Gatlinburg area.Especially since the death of Midtown Lodge. We arrive at the front desk to check in. The front desk in forms us 30 minutes after we arrive that we cannot have our two rooms because we have our small toy poodle. After yet another 15 minutes, we finally get into a room in the back section of the motel. We unpack and get use to our smaller one room.As we sit out in front of the room, we talk to a couple who had stayed in our room the night before. They warned us about not having any hot water. We did not have any hot water. There is about 20 units in that section in our same sinking boat.We wanted our money back so we could check into another motel but they would not. The saving grace was the cleaning crew seemed to care more about the welfare of the stranded guests. The front desk nor managers gave a rats butt.We were moved to two rooms that were in the "Not pet friendly" section. The cleaning crew stayed very late waiting on all of us to get settled into rooms. In the morning, we woke with small red "bug bites" on our arms and my stomach.WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

Room Tip: DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL-save yourself the hassle.

I booked this motel because it was the only pet-friendly motel on the parkway right in town. After reading so many negative reviews i was nervous, but stayed with the reservation. The location is awesome, right in the middle of everything you can walk to. They have a nice patio that runs along the front and faces the parkway. Great place to relax & people watch. Our room was decent, clean, newer carpet. A bonus was having two bathroom sinks, one in the bathroom, a second one outside. We had a refridgerator,& coffeemaker. The room was large, with plenty of room. They have the pet-friendly rooms at the far end of the property. We would stay here again in the future.

Room Tip: We loved the convenience of a ground floor room, made unloading much easier being able to park right...

Great weekend trip to Gatlinburg. This hotel is smack in the middle of the Parkway with a nice patio that sits right on the Parkway with a rock wall around it so only the people staying at the hotel can sit there and no one can walk through. FYI, if your on the patio and you need to use the restroom the staff will let you use the one in the office so you don't have to go back to your room.

Price was great ... $150 for Friday and Saturday night (Sept. 14-16, 2012) Sure this isn't the Marriott...but it wasn't dirty and the staff was super nice!! It's a really big spread out hotel, so we had a room up the hill and in the back, but it worked for us cause we don't go to Gatlinburg to sit in the room. Would stay there again!

Pretty much all the hotels are older if your in the center of the Parkway where all the action is. If you want to stay in a new area on the Parkway go to the top of the hill pass CALHOUN'S Resturant 1004 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. We love to eat a Calhoun's and noticed it seems to be where the people "Marriott" kind of people would stay cause it's all new hotels near that block.

Room Tip: Room 203 has a balcony over the street....but I think it has two bedrooms.

My husband and I have been coming to this motel for many years and sometimes staying there twice a year...NO MORE.! Our room was so nasty...the floors were filthy...no way would we sit in the bathtub...cob webs on the ceiling...couldn't hardly close the door to lock it...bed skirt torn..towels smelled like smoke...also, we had to park all the way around to the back of our room because the motel owner was renting the parking spaces out to the public for eight dollars a day...said they needed the money...we met another couple there who said they had been coming there for ten years but they would never come to that motel again because of how nasty it was and run down...they never do any up-grading...and they were also so mad about the parking tissue. They even refused the first room that was given them..because of how aweful it smelled..also, my sister and her husband said they would never stay there again , after their last stay there, because of the condition the rooms were in...and this is so sad because it is in a perfect location and could be the best in town if renovated but we will see....as of this past week....NO MORE for us !!

We booked a king room from Sept 1 - Sept 3. Was a nice over sized room with a private balcony. Smelled good when we walked in, which is a plus. The view from the balcony was just some houses across Reagan Dr. and a little bit of the mountains, but no big deal. The king bed was extremely comfortable. Even the hallway smelled good. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. Read a lot of bad reviews for this place, but we had no problem with it. People write reviews about bedbugs. Didn't see any. I don't think you can actually see them anyway with your naked eye. I think what people may be seeing are fleas. You know, pet friendly hotels. If you are looking for a dated hotel or motel, you need to stay out of Gatlinburg and go to Hilton Head. We enjoyed our stay at Four seasons very much. Also, two minute walk to the strip.
