We stayed in the Ever After cabin late October / early November. Pictures on the website are very accurate. The shower was awesome as was the bed! The resort left the code to the front door the day of check which was nice as we arrived later in the evening. This cabin is in the Bear Foot Mountain Resort. There are 8 other cabins in this resort, with Ever After at the top of the resort. We could see the rooftops of the other cabins, but that was it. This cabin is out of the way, but CLIMB Works Zipline is within walking distance, which was a pleasant surprise as that was one of the must do's while we were in the area. Note: the walk down the hill is much easier than the walk back up the hill!!
We stopped at Walmart for supplies as recommended by Elk Springs on the drive into the cabin. After several unappealing meals at restaurants, we decided to stop at the Food City and cook the majority of our meals in. We found everything we needed including some great ribeye's for the grill.
Highly recommend CLIMB Works Zipline! Also would recommend the Ripley's Aquarium in downtown Gatlinburg and the drive through the Smoky Mountain National Park to Cherokee, NC. No Way Jose's in Gatlinburg was the best meal we had while in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.
