This was my second stay at this particular hotel. I thought I just had a cranky desk clerk the first time; but I was less than impressed the second time around, too. The answer to a question I had at check-in was met with "because that's just the way it is." I expected more of an explanation. The view is nice. The pool and breakfast are decent. I don't particularly like the fake hardwood floors in the rooms. I prefer carpet. WiFi did not work great, and I had very poor cell reception in my room. I stayed 3 nights last week. The first night (a Tuesday) was $260; and the other 2 were $116. I think $260 for a Best Western is outrageous.
