You do get what you pay for, and Motel 6 gives you a nights stay on the cheap. I am always happy to sleep on the cheap in a clean bed! This place has clean beds. It is winter so we took our blanket out of our car to be a little warmer. The property seems to be fairly new so everything is still clean and nice. The heater unit was another thing altogether. When you turn the heat up, the unit sounds like a semi truck starting up in the room with you. I thought we might have to turn the noisy thing off. I was afraid that having the unit turn on and off through the night would keep us up. But I thought wrong, thankfully I was tired enough to sleep through it. We didn't stay for the breakfast so I have no comment.

I spent there one night. The place is pretty new. The room was basic but quiet, clean and comfortable. The location is very good - easy to find and close to many attractions. Nothing spectacular, but it's a good deal for the money paid. I would stay there again.

It's Motel 6. You get a bed, bathroom, and cable. There's bananas you can eat in the morning. Cheap price. But it's in Page so you're right next to about 20 cool activities, day trips, and sights to see.

We spent two nights in this motel. Compared to other motels in Page it was reasonably priced. It seemed to be fairly new, the rooms were clean, and the beds were okay. It's situated quite close to many tourist attractions (e.g. Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell) as well as gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants. On the downside you have to pay $3,- a day (!) for wifi access, there was no refrigerator or coffee machine in the room, and breakfast is practically non existent. Tea is offered all day but coffee is only served in the morning for a few hours. We used the hotel just to take a shower and to sleep. For these purposes we can recommend it.
