It was a good experience right from the start. The front desk I made a reservation with was polite. The motel was nicely renovated. The rooms were big, although the linen seemed as though it hadn't been changed for sometime. The swimming pool was inviting. The best part was the morning buffet. I never had such a vast choice of items in a budget motel before. The manager greeted us in the morning and was very friendly. I will definitely stay there in the future, and I would recomment this to anyone who is looking for a good budget motel
with breakfast included.

it was great stay. The manager staff was very friendly. The rooms looks like newly renovated.

Great price and great value. Will be back next year again....thanks empire motel.....

We stayed here for one night only, on our way to Zion Canyon. We found it to be 'frayed around the edges', but our main complaint was the cleanliness of the room. There were crumbs and other rubish between the bed and side table, and also in other 'out of the way' places. The dining room where we ate the complimentary breakfast was a mess, with no-one about to keep the place tidy during the breakfast period. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. If you are dining in Page I would strongly recommend the Italia Family Restaurant, who run 'an all you can eat' buffet for just $9.99, with children priced according to age.

Had a good stay at EMpire Motel, even if the breakfast looks like really poor and the bathroom not really clean.
