The inn is undergoing a major upgrade. The room we had was already freshly painted and had a tile entry and bath with a granite counter top. The bed was comfortable and there was ample room to move about except when someone was sitting at the work station and someone else wanted to squeeze by the chair and the end of the bed. One nice feature was the relatively quiet air conditioner that ran constantly, and did not wake you by cycling on and off. Also, the controls were on the wall where you could easily see them.
The lobby was closed off when we arrived, because they were redoing the entryway. Also, they appear to be adding to the back of the hotel, so in future, there could be some noisy days.
Breakfast was one of the best I've had at such inns. Along with the usual selection of fruit, cereal, pastries, and toast, there were scrambled eggs, sausage, and (something I had not seen before) a machine that made pancakes to order. All you did was push a button, and one minute later, out popped a pancake.
This was a good hotel and will be even better when the renovations are complete
