We stayed over night and booked two rooms with Marriott rewards points bc I am a Marriott Silver Member. One room was perfect and the other room was very DIRTY! Went to take a shower and the shower was FULL of pubic hair not 1-2 like 20-25. I kindly called down and asked front desk to come and clean the bath tub and they said they would be up.. While waiting on them to come and clean the bathtub I pulled back the sheets and the bed had not been changed. Dirty sheets full of public hair as well.. Called back down to the front desk and told them and they came up looked and agreed that it was unsanitary and dirty. They put me in another room like the one we had and said they was sorry and they would tell a manager in the morning. Got into our new room and it was much better. Dried food in the kithchen sink and a dirty bathroom floor but nothing I would complain about.. Never heard from manager the next day so when I checked out I kindly told the cashier and gave a comment card with what I am typing here.. She already seemed to know the situation and said they had done some reseach and somehow the room got skipped on the cleaning schedule.. The room did not get skipped! The dirty bed had been made!! No trash in the trashcans and there was clean towels!!! Do not think we will EVER stay there again and it is a shame because the lobby is super clean, wonderful swimming pool and everything is nice and new! VERY DIRTY room and manager never even came to say sorry.. I have stayed in Cat1 Marriotts all the way up to the upscale resorts and I have to say this is not how Marriott runs business! They always seem to try and make their customers happy but not here!!
