This is a hotel that exudes mediocrity. I booked it out of necessity, not out of choice.
Having said that, it was an adequate place to stay.
Upon check-in, or I should say attempting to check in, the desk clerk dutifully ignored me for about five minutes. She must have received her customer service training at the Department of Motor Vehicles.
I asked for a quiet, non-smoking room and received one. The stay for one night was perfectly fine. This is not the place to book for a honeymoon--unless you want an instant divorce.
A couple of other points: the subway is quite close and there are a lot of decent restaurants within walking distance.
