Owner description: A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour covers pizza, and Brooklyn, from one end to the other. Best of all, the bus leaves from Manhattan! There’s award-winning Sicilian style pizza at Grimaldi’s under the Brooklyn Bridge and legendary Sicilian style pizza at L&B Spumoni Gardens in Bensonhurst. The tour includes pizza, soft drinks and an audio-visual presentation of Brooklyn’s unique neighborhoods, parks and famous movie locations like Saturday Night Fever, Scent of a Woman and more.

“no regrets”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2013

This is a superb way to find out about pizza, and to see many of the sites of Brooklyn, including the venues where many famous movies were filmed. Small video screens in the tour bus show the relevant sections of the movies as you pass by the area/street of Brooklyn where the movie was made. The hostess was very knowledgeable and full of personality. This is a Brooklyn family run business who say they are going to begin some other tours such as "Bars of Brooklyn". I would join this tour without hesitation.

“Humor, history and good food.”

funny, interesting, well thought out and presented. Clips of movies when we arrived at filming spots was genius and made the fact real. SO MUCH FUN. Never knew pizza could be so fresh tasting and unsalty and greasy. GO ON THIS TOUR.

“Great Fun”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2013

What a great morning. Paula our tour guide was amazing. She was funny, engaging and was very knowledgeable. Loved Grimaldi's - it is the best pizza. Only suggestion I have is to go with a slice of deep dish pizza at L & B (we waisted so much) and give us time for a Nathan's hot dog on Coney Island. Maybe a Pizza and Dog Brooklyn Tour .....
As a travel agent I will highly recommended this tour.

“GREAT Tour of Brooklyn!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2013

We totally loved this tour. I have been to NYC several times but have never gotten over to Brooklyn. Our tour guide was FANTASTIC! She was very personable, funny, knowledgable and attentive. The stop for pictures and a walk in Brooklyn Park was a nice bonus since you get to see NYC from a different perspective. We got some great photos here - thanks to the tour guide. She is a GREAT photographer.

Being on the tour allowed us the priveledge of bypassing the long long line at Grimaldis where the pizza & atmosphere were wonderful. We also had our own room at L&B Spumoni Gardens where we had a totally different tyoe of pizza from Grimaldi's. The spumoni ice cream afterwards wasn't bad either.

We enjoyed seeing Coney Island and have decided that we need to go back and spend some more time there. The bus was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this tour!
