“Will be a great attraction once finished”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2012

A great dal of work is being done to make this an attractive part of Brooklyn. Although not yet finished it is looking good.

The Brooklyn Heights Promenade has the most beautiful view of Manhattan. It's perfect for a romantic stroll.

“The most romantic or meditative view of Manhattan.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

The brown stones houses; the idea of sitting quietly in front of the crazy Manhattan skyline; the memories of some Woody Allen movie.

“Wonderful place to walk and to enjoy the view of lower Manhattan.....”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2012

We've visited during different times of the day and it is always terrific. In about a year it will connect with the area right under the bridge with a walkway.... for right now it is a little challenging to get there, but well worth it...... AFTER you walk the promenade seek out the Brooklyn Bridge Park.... there are little playgrounds and wooded walkways... and then under the bridge itself are piers and benches to take in the sights. There is also a spot for ice cream and a fancy restaurant as well. The famous Grimaldi's pizza is accessible... wait was too long for us and we loved Ignatzio's pizza.... So LOTS to do there.....

“Romantic Destination par excellence.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012

If you haven't seen it before, walk up Montague Street, maybe get a coffee and ok if you spike it with Bailey's to sit and sip, or stroll along one of the most lovely city promenades maybe in the world.
