“Tom Yum soup and Pad See Yew”

Wonderful soup and noodle dish. Great flavor and spice. Atmosphere and service excellent. They were out of Thai Ice Coffee. :-( I will frequent this establishment every time I visit Fairbanks.

“A Must - best in town!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2013 via mobile

If your are in Fairbanks and do not eat here you are missing out on fantastic Thai food. The lemongrass restaurant is absolutely fantastic - perfectly made noodles, the meat is perfectly cooked and spices are dialed in. The service that is provide is fantastic as is the atmosphere.

It's right as you come into town and like I said a definite stop coming and going - well done lemongrass cannot wait to return!!!!

“Wonderful Thai Food Anywhere USA”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2013

This was one of the best Thai lunches I have ever had as the meat was tender and ginger was abundant. My husband go a halibut with ginger dish that where the fish was extremely fresh and the ginger and veggies from local produce markets. The server we had was helpful with tweaking our dishes just to our liking and friendly. Lemongrass Thai was one of the best meals for the price we had in Alaska. It is in a strip mall near the University and kind of hard to find but worth it.

“#1 in Fairbanks for a reason!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2013

We came to this restaurant specifically because it is rated #1 in Restaurants in tripadvisor for Fairbanks. My husband is not very fond of Thai food, but he LOVED his meal. I ordered a curry dish that had squid, halibut, and prawns. My husband ordered the Halibut in a light bean sauce. Everything was amazing. We would also recommend the thai iced tea, and the sweet fried rolls were a great desert. Come here!!! You will not be disappointed.

“A Pleasant Experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2013

We were very happy with our meal at the Lemon Grass. The service was attentive, the food was very tasty and our table of six was well satisfied with the evening. We had nothing left to put in a to go container. The appetizers were very good - we had the broken ship and chicken satay - the specials that night included three or four w/halibut and we ordered two, which were excellent. One of our entrees was a salmon dish and it was perhaps the best choice of the night. We also shared a beef salad, a shrimp and coconut soup, and a lamb dish.
The restaurant does not serve liquor but you can bring in your own bottle of wine or six pack of beer, which we did.
It is a good idea to make a reservation if you are planning to enjoy the Lemon Grass during peak dining hours.
