Staff is always accommodating and attentive. I stay here on business every few weeks and they always find me a quiet room. Most of their room are giant, with a kitchen, siting area and separate bedroom. Most of the furniture seems 20+ years old. There are both flat screen and older tube TV's. Rooms have always been clean and quiet for me. The restaurant is excellent!
The downside is the beds and linens are VERY dated. Most people in Alaska have lowered expectations for accommodations, but there is no good reason they cannot invest in new beds and linens - It's the primary function for a hotel!
