I don't know where to begin my review. We made arrangements with the property owner directly and was allowed to stay because our friends were staying there. This B&B has only two rooms but it is of utmost importance to the owner to pay special attention to the people staying in her B&B. She puts out a breakfast spread like no other. It is hot, Southern style and with the best comfort food you can find. She also has fresh squeezed juice and all the accompaniments that include made-from-scratch gravy (my husband flipped and wanted to bring it home). The rooms were large, roomy and decorated in the best of taste. There is a large porch that you can sit outside and watch the people pass by the main street. The B&B itself is relatively quiet. Beds are comfortable with fluffy bed linens. There is an excellent bathtub with some of the finest bath salts and hand milled soaps. This made our stay in the wonderful city one of the best ever. The history of this B&B is also conducive to the rest of Fredericksburg and its' possible haunts. Excellent!!!
