“Always a solid choice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2013

There may not be many frills or reasons to walk away in astonishment but this place is always good. The service is good more than 90% of the time. The food is always fresh and fast. The prices remain reasonable, although it has seem to increase over the last 5 years.

“Wonderful Manager Made Up for Mistake!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013 via mobile

Cold, raining day. Felt like a steaming bowl of French Onion soup so we headed here. Lunch crowd but seated shortly. Server (female) brought water and took order quickly, 2 soups. Waited 25 min., nothing then caught her on one of her trips walking by us and asked if soup was done yet. She looked surprised and said probably was. Went by us again, no word. Asked again. Shortly after, think it was an asst. mgr. came, put soups down and apologized. Put spoon in and was only warm. Friend was so hungry, ate anyway. I asked for hot soup please. They made a new soup and server put it down quickly say that this should be hot enough!

My friend asked to speak w/mgr. Very nice Craig, believe, came, asked how soup was (delicious) and we three had a nice chat. Soups were taken off check, then he went and got a gift card cuz he said he wanted us to come back! Know burgers are good and a friend swears by happy hour. This steamy, rainy day soup was delicious and great customer service made up for a mistake that I know happens sometimes. Yes, in good faith, left tip!

“Consistently good food”

I like Red Robin because you can depend on the quality. The new Tavern Burger is a great smaller burger and they have a decent happy hour

“Fun Burgers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 17, 2012

It has been a while since I ate here last. The menu is large and often has new twists on old favorites. They do want to please and you can request different combinations on your burger. Also, they have pasta and wraps, soups and salads and lots of different drinks. I think they are trained to set the menu down so that you see the appetizer and drink side first!
