My husband and I are frequent diners at Namaste which we "discovered" when we first moved to Vancouver four years ago. We love Indian food but have differing palates when it comes to spice. Luckily, Namaste, both in lunch buffet and the regular menu, offers multiple choices for each of us. The restaurant itself could use a little updating in terms of ambiance -- I find the TV monitors streaming the latest Bollywood hits very off putting. BUT if your primary goal in eating out is good, tasty food, Namaste is your Indian restaurant. And don't forget to leave room for dessert. Their homemade mango ice is to die for. P.S. The restaurant is a little hard to find -- kind of tucked away in a strip mall off a highway that won't let you turn into it -- but even if you have to work your way back to it, it is worth the effort.
