We love the hotel! Have stayed many times. However, the NEW MANAGERS are below standards, I feel. Due to that, we will NEVER stay there again!

Really a very good property. Check-in was quick and I even got a candy bar and coupon for a non-alcoholic drink as a Priority Club member. Three days a week the hotel hosts an early evening reception with food and drinks, which happened to be a nacho bar the night we got there.

The two-room suite was very nice and clean. Also more quiet than I expected. Both bedrooms had televisions, as did the living room. Kitchen had everything you would need. Beds were very comfortable.

We didn't use many of the common amenities, but the fitness center looked nice. We did use the business center, where they had two computer stations for free guest use. The breakfast bar was fine, though we ended up there the same morning as a huge visiting youth group. (I'd love to see such a group where the chaperones stagger the breakfast times, rather than unleashing the whole crew at once!)

Location worked very well for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, a very good stay.

This hotel is everything it advertises! We stayed in a super-priced, two bedroom, two bath room with a living room and small kitchen. It was great - family perfect - 3 TVs!! The room was very clean, personnel were very helpful and the morning free breakfast buffet was outstanding. The linens and beds were very comfortable, some of the best in our opinion. This hotel was close to a light rail station over the the I-5 Columbia river bridge on the Oregon side. We took the light rail into Portland and tooled around all day on the light rail instead of sitting in traffic and getting lost. (Hello Seattle!!) This location also had a shopping mall close by and probably 15 restaurants close by with any combination of food you would desire. If we come to Portland again, we are definately staying in this hotel!!

Stayed here early November 2006 and was very impressed with how nice this place looks. You definitely get your moneys worth here. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The employees were most helpful and courteous. One evening we asked the manager if there were any cookies (Holiday Inn Express usually has warm cookies every evening). He replied that Stay Bridge does not provide cookies, but would be happy to bring some up to our room. We thought "yeah right"---guess what? In about 1 hour, we got a dozen warm, yummy cookies! That's what I call really going out of your way to please your customers! We would most definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend this place to everyone.
