From the outside and lobby, I thought this was going to be reasonable and nice place to stay. The room was at first glance clean and tidy, but when you pulled back the bedspread, the blankets were stained with holes in them, and there had been something (?coffee) spilled on the phone and never cleaned up.
That might have been okay, except when my 76-year-old mother STEPPED ON A RUSTY NAIL STICKING UP OUT OF THE CARPETING in her room, the staff attitude was HORRIBLE! Unconcerned that she was bleeding (or that she had stepped on a rusty nail!), they brought her some "First Aid Spray" and said they didn't have a band-aid. (How about offering an AMBULANCE or at least an offer to pay for her tetanus shot?!?)
Upon check out, the "manager" told my mother she would have liked to write off some of the bill, but since we had paid by credit card, there was nothing they could do beyond giving us a 10% coupon for our next visit. SERIOUSLY?!?!?!? Do you people not know how credit cards work???
Suffice it to say, we will NOT be using the coupon ever. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I am confused after going over your review regarding your mothers stay. Regarding the blanket and bed spread we have new bedspreads on all the beds and waiting on the new blankets to arrive and have been changing out phones and was not aware of something being spilt on the phone this was never brought to are attention until this review was posted.
When your mother called front desk the agent on duty took first aid spray and bandage to her room and asked if there was anything else needed. There was a picture tack left at the front desk with the incident report that the front desk filled out after leaving her room and was left for me.
At check out there was nothing mentioned to front desk. Later that afternoon I received a call from you and spoke with you about the incident I asked where on the carpet was the nail so I could go check to see if possibly there was anything sticking out of the carpet. My self and the owner went to the room and crawled on the floor on hands and knees through out the whole room and did not find a nail.
I do not understand where the coupons part came in as we do not have coupons to give out at the hotel. We discussed a credit and it was refunded instantly to the credit card. If you have any other comments or concerns please fill free to call me.
