I really enjoyed my stay and so did my family. I just want to thank you for your great hospitality. PS - The room was truly great!!

I booked this hotel using Expedia months in advance of our trip; however, upon calling to confirm my reservations I was told the rooms I had booked were not available. After numerous calls with hotel mgmt, we were assigned acceptable rooms. However, upon arrival, the rooms we were given were smoking rooms - very smelly. Unfortunately, the hotel was full and no nonsmoking rooms were available. Very disappointed.

If everything had gone according to plan, the rating would be higher.

My husband's family is from the williston area and we travel here to visit them. We have stayed at other hotels in the area and all the others have been very very dirty and very smokey (even in the non smoking rooms). I am so happy to have found this hotel - it provided us with wireless internet allowing me to stay connected to work and a crib for our little guy.

I realize the front desk staff may not be the friendliest but given the options in williston, this is the place to stay!! I do not think any establishment makes customer service a priority (restaurants/hotels) so just come here knowing while they may not be the nicest, you will have a clean, smoke free (if you book this room) and good overall experience.

Really compared to the international inn and the el rancho -- this place looks and feels like the waldorf!!
