Stayed twice because of location and price but when i wanted to use pool and hot tub neither heater worked in them so.... There are a lot of monthly renters :( too noisy with kids who live there. Under new management so might improve? Some of the rooms are cute and clean. So ask to see room. Worth price?

I live in fort smith and for spring break we wanted to take are kids to a hotel with an indoor pool. when i made reservations they gave me a price but when we arrived the would not honer there quote. I went on and paid more money but quickly regretted it. while in the pool a couple came out and had sex in the hot tub while my 6 and 9 year old were swimming. we had to wait to get them out due to the shallow end being by the hot tub. within a 4 hour period we watched 5 different couples have sex in the same hot tub. the last couple i almost recorded on my phone to show the health department but when i got up to the balcony i seen a 9 year old boy watching and i had to stop the people myself. the hotel did nothing about the situation and refused me a refund when i said i was takeing my children out of there. the hotel is nasty and unsafe worse motel i have ever stayed at and im embarrassed to say its in my hometown

Very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant from a welcoming desk clerk to our departure with a farewall. We stay at hotels with special needs. This hotel met and exceeded our need for a clean room with a good bed and basic amenities in the room. The cost was awesome compared to surrounding hotels.

A few friends and I traveled a few hours for a weekend in Fort Smith. Seasons Inn was one of the first hotels we located. As soon as we walked through the doors i felt comfortable immediately. The hotel staff were very friendly and were overall concerned about us and all our accomodations. The atrium was absoulutely amazing and all of the live plants and trees set exactly the right atmosphere. We did exactly what we came to do and that was to relax, the hot tub was the icing on the cake. I was very pleased with my stay at Seasons Inn and would definetly come back again.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple hours. Immediately pulling in to the hotel it was scary. The outside was a major dump. It looked like a hotel with several people living there. There was grills outside of rooms, people laying on beds with doors open and trashed piled all over the rooms. The service was horrible, the hotel had a very unpleasant, nasty odor, the pull had murky, slimy feeling water, and I didn't feel safe having my family there. When we got in our room, the beds looked extremely dirty, the furniture was disgusting, there were several pubes in the shower, and it would not drain. The water was sitting in the tub, the toilet would barely flush, and there were cobwebs and roaches throughout the room. I brought this to the attention of the help, and they acted like it was no big deal. We got a refund and payed the EXACT same amount and stayed at the Hampton Inn. Super nice, CLEAN, and fresh hotel.

2 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2009

My husband and I stayed here because we had a discount coupon and at check-in the property seemed nice. The check-in area is adjacent to an atrium with a fountain and tables and chairs - very charming. The rooms have 2 entrances, one door to the parking area and a french door that opens into the atrium/indoor swimming pool area. I found the layout very appealing. The problem is that the property is in severe need of updating and service needs to be upgraded. The bathroom was falling apart (the faucet came off in my hand), the doors had to be slammed to close making the room noisy when people in other rooms were coming and going, the bath towels were thin and dingy, there were no hand towels, the sheets were worn and dingy, only one trash can was in the room - none in bathroom, only soap - no shampoo - was provided. This property has potential, but that potential has not been met.
