I am a frequent business traveler who always stays at Priority Club hotels typically Holiday Inn Express. The outside of the building and lobby areas have the typical Holiday Inn Express feel and are very modern. The rooms at this location are another story. The rooms appear to be much older than the outside if thats possible. The furniture, faucets etc are very aged. On the positive side, the patio and river views are nice however be aware that rooms on the side that face the river are quiet noisy from the road noise below. I loss several hours of sleep due to this however upon requesting to change rooms in the morning the problem was resolved. Great staff, not so great rooms.

This was our first visit to Savannah and we were excited to stay at this hotel after reading good T.A. reviews. The location is excellent being that it's right in the heart of Savannah. It is conveniently located to restaurants and area attractions. Be sure to ask for a room with a view as this will definitely enhance your experience and historical appreciation for this city. Breakfast was great with fresh cinnamon buns and coffee with many other selections and the room is spacious with nice flat screen tvs.

We loved this hotel. We came to Savannah as a Christmas gift surprise trip for my 85 year old mother. We needed connected rooms and really wanted a river view for 3 nights. My experience with this hotel started with Hope. She worked with me to ensure the best value and incredible rooms. The river view from the top floor was fantastic! I'm really thankful for her help. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable & clean. The entire staff was incredible - always willing to help in any way - from the valets, to the front desk, housekeeping & the breakfast staff. Meeting Alfonce, the Front Office Manager, made it obvious that the professionalism & kindness start at the top. The complementary breakfast was very good. The location was perfect. I can't say enough about our level of satisfaction & will be recommending this hotel often and look forward to our next stay.

Hotel is awesome and I want to be there right now as I type this review! We had a room on the front and could look out over Bay St. and see the river too, very nice. Pool and hot tub on the roof. And you can see the river from here also. Breakfast was very good, had large area for tables and large windows to see people walking and cars going up Bay St. It also has a large lobby area for sitting and just comfortable area to enjoy. We stayed here two nights and it was just wonderful.
