This is a great hotel, the room and halls were nice and clean and looked new. Not sure how long this hotel has been there but its really nice. Great breakfast in the morning, the $10 is worth it.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on a business trip and we hadn't made reservations but had called around to other hotels in the area on our way. A smaller hotel quoted a price of $95+ and we thought it was pricey. We took a chance and pulled over at the Hilton and the front desk clerk was very friendly and then quoted a great price of only $89 (weekday/govt rate). We were shocked that this beautiful and clean hotel was very reasonable! Not only that, our room was impeccable! Plush bed linens, complimentary water, and snack, Neutrogena toiletries, name brand everything in the room. Needless to say, we slept like babies! It seemed like they spared no expense building and furnishing this hotel. The housekeeping manager even greeted us as we left our room to check out and asked us if we found our room to be satisfactory! We can't say enough about the friendliness that we experienced. Not to mention, the fresh baked cookies on the front desk. Truly, the Hilton Garden Inn is the place to stay "when tomorrow's a big day!"

My husband and I stayed here for a night for a quick visit to the Savannah historic district. The hotel is about 4miles (~10min. drive straight down Abercorn) from the Historic District - very convenient. The price was much less than hotels in the historic district, and parking is free. The hotel is either new or very recently redone, and the lobby, corridors, and our room were clean and newly decorated. We had the "king evolution room" with a king bed and a flat screen TV. The bed was comfortable, but not the best. The room was very quiet, and the business center near the lobby was great for checking email and printing out our airline boarding passes. (The hotel also offers free wireless interent and remote printing to the color printer in the business center, but we didn't use either.) Overall, we had a great stay.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a long weekend. Had a suite, room 303, All the furnishings were nice quality, bathroom was clean, bed was really comfortable. Only drawback to the room is that the windows don't open and there is no exhaust fan in the bathrooms.

Ate at the resuraunt one morning. Had the buffet. A bit pricey, but there was a lot of variety. We hung out at the pool every nite, which helped everyone cool down.

Overall, I would definitly stay here again. Location to Downtown was great. 10 minute car ride, and your at the river front.
