Staff is extremely courteous, speedy and helpful!! Hotel is lovely and had cookies and lemonade as you walked through the lobby. Room service is speedy, delicious and you will not be able to finish as they serve a "full plate"! Will definitely return!

This was a great location and place for our family of 5 to stay. However, there was never any air conditioning running in the hallways or elevators which made it very warm given our stay was June 25-29. The room smelled a little musty as well. Thankfully, I had packed a large Yankee candle so it helped with the room smell. The hotel staff was great! We also enjoyed the workout facility :)

This hotel was okay, the lobby is pleasant and the location to the historic district is fair, but the room decor is outdated. This is the second Garden Inn we've stayed in and I'm going to be a little more careful about that type of Hilton, it doesn't really live up to the name

My overall stay at the Hilton Garden was excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Its convenient to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. They also have maps of the area and helpful information for visitors. I highly recommend staying at the Hilton Garden. I'm planning a future reservation for pleasure and not business.

Good value for the money. Saff was great. Rooms clean. Only issue was with parking on the first night when we had to go to the other hotel's parking garage late at night. But we were also able to use the pool facilities also. Would like to see more safety for tub area. We also go help on our tours from the hotel. We ate breakfast and lunch there one time each and it was adequate.

Been trying for two weeks to have the GM call me or answer an e mail, no response-beware

My son was married in April and my wife contacted three hotels about a block of rooms for guests. In all cases were were told that the rooms would be available up to I believe two weeks before the wedding. At that time they would no longer be reserved but returned to the hotel. There would be no charges for unused rooms. We got the same story from the three hotels including the Hilton Garden at the airport.

To our surprise we were charged for all ten rooms in our credit card bill. We called all three hotels including THIS ONE and were assured that you had not billed us. The arrangements were not to bill us so that made sense. We had to ask the credit card company to do some research and find out who in fact billed us. They tracked it down to your hotel and only then did your hotel acknowledge the charge.

They say that the way the rooms were reserved made us responsible, but clearly that is not what we asked for. We simply followed your instructions in setting up the rooms. It is obvious to all that we did not want to reserve all rooms. The way you all made the reservations makes it possible for them to charge us, but clearly it is not the right thing to do. We are Hilton Honors members and have been for years and one thing I have always admired about Hilton is their customer service. In this case we have not had a good experience.

Since they billed us for 10 rooms this is the first comment, 9 more to come

Unfortunately, the policies between the reservations department of the hotel and the group sales department of the hotel are a bit different. If you book a group through the on-site sales department, you have a dedicated team member assisting your group and helping you with reservations and the 30-day no hassle reservation cutoff date. Your rooms were reserved through the reservations department as a multi-room reservation and you received a confirmation email confirming these details along with the cancellation policy. You did not work with the hotel sales team, therefore we are not able to honor any type of group policies. Your reservations were subject to the standard 24-hour cancellation penalties. I would suggest working directly with the hotel and the sales team for your next event. Should you choose to book with the hotel in the future, please call Melaina, our director of sales for assistance.

Nice hotel in a good location but it was way too noisy in neighboring rooms and on our floor, I don't think we'd stay there again.There was no AC in the elevator, it was stifling in there. Our mattresses were lumpy, they had bumps. The room fan didn't work on it's own without the AC so we turned it up to block out noise and we froze! Someone needs to tell the staff that it's rude for other guests to be so noisey when you've driven all day and are tired and want a good night's sleep. Perhaps they should have a manager patrol the floors and make sure people aren't so LOUD!
