“Perfect Savannah charm! Would definitely stay there again!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 3, 2011

We stayed at the Tattnall House (2 bedrooms) and it was perfect! The entire cottage and its decor are very charming. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the back courtyard was perfect for an outdoor breakfast and the service was excellent. Monique gave us great recommendations for things to do. I would definitely stay there again.

Limitless walking , fabulous food and incredible people. We stayed in the Jenkins property. Loved the accommodations. So very comfortable. Incredible bedding, hot shower and tasty pastry treats every evening. Stocked kitchen. Privacy plus. The home is all updated and has incredible charm. The Inn keepers were so very welcoming. All their reccomemdations for touring and restaurants were right on. They were always on call for whatever we needed. We chose this Inn because of the variety of accommodations. I can not wait to get back. We hardly scratched the surface of all the things there are to do.

Room Tip: variety of accommodations within one Inn

If you are looking for a romantic getaway, stay here! We recently stayed at the Carraige house and it was so wonderful that it was hard to leave. From the beautiful patio garden to the pasteries and the fluffly most comfortable bed around it was spectacular. Monique and her staff do a wonderful job of thinking of everything. The carriage house is quaint and perfect for the couple wanting to get away from it all, so mcuh nicer than a stuffy hotel room. Its within walking distance of many of Savannah's sites and parking is available right outside your door. We will be returning again should we get the chance.

We stayed 2 days and not near enough time. Monique and Kirsten were wonderful in providing us with every single detail being taken care of. The suite---breath taking is all I can say. Beautiful rooms-2 balconies-kitchen with wonderful pasteries daily-can you ask for anything more perfect.
They scheduled us a private carriage tour with wonderful company called Madison Tours and that made our visit perfect as Dee was wonderful and very well acquainted with all the history.

Room Tip: Chatham Suite

The Garden Suite .. Armstrong Inn was fabulous. I much needed a relaxing getaway, having lost my father two months ago...this place was perfect in every way. The attention to detail by the owners, Monique and William made all the difference.

What an amazingly beautiful place to make your home away from home. Southern hospitality at it's best, from the warm greeting from Kirsten with wine and cheese awaiting us,to the delicious pastries, fruits and desserts that were fresh daily. The Inn itself is decorated to please with original art from William Armstrong and antiques galore. Also you have a two story suite with private bathroom and balconies. We can't wait to go back.

A beautiful, historic B&B! The location was perfect and in the best, quietest part of the historic disctrict; within walking distance to everywhere in the district- where most traffic is pedestrian. The private garden in the Garden suite was inviting, peaceful and a serene escape. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful; the ambience was cozy, homey and romantic; housekeeping services were very accommodating. The property owner is personable, caring and a pleasure to get to know. We couldn't have enjoyed it more!
