We made it into Savannah after 13 hours in the car (driving from Indy) and decided to stop here because it was right across from the parking lot.
We checked out the menu with the courteous hosts and decided it was fine because we were starving. Our waiter was Joel. He seemed new and anxious but sweet.
Our dads needed an adult beverage, so they each got the signature Chatham Artillery Punch which they loved. Joel brought the bread very late after we requested it after receiving our meals. The bread was excellent, especially the cheese butter.
The crab stuffed shrimp was excellent; the clam chowder was just okay; the vegetable platter was very measly; seafood stew just okay. The tap water here, for whatever reason, seemed amazingly good!!
Atmosphere was beautiful, especially dining waterside at night. Overall the prices were high for what we got, and everything generally was just okay. Slow service.
