“Best bread pudding!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2012 via mobile

Had the matzo ball soup x3 people. Good but all agreed too salty. Disappointed that no coconut cream pie. Reuben was great, not greasy. Bread pudding the best!

“Don't leave Savannah without stopping here”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2012

My sister and I spent 4 days in Savannah and ate 3 meals here. Even when we ate outside our waitress was attentive and kept the coffee flowing. One of out tour guides told us that John Berendt used to "hang out" here to talk with the locals while he was writing MIDNIGHT IN THE GARDEN OF GOOD AND EVIL. Just make sure you'e hungry when you go because the portions are more than generous.

“Hoped for more”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2012

Like many, "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" brought me to Clary's. It was okay, but really nothing special. I had a turkey breast sandwich, largely because of them advertising fresh roasted turkey every day. Not great, not bad. We also had a reuben, also okay but nothing I'd go out of my way to come back for. The highlight was definitely the vanilla coke, and if you stop in, I highly recommend one of their flavored sodas. I'll probably stop back there, as it's very conveniently located for anyone staying on or near Jones Street.

“Yum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2012

Went here for lunch. Services and prices are good. I had a turkey sandwich. It was the best turkey sandwich I ever had anywhere. The roasted turkey was so fresh. Can't wait to return to Savannah to get another.

“Corned Beef Hash was the best”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2012

Great place for breakfast. I had the Eggs Benedict and my wife had the corned beef hash. The EB was very good, but the corned beef hash is made there and it was very good in fact the best I have ever had. In addition the Biscuits and Gravy were very good with plenty of sausage in the gravy.
