My husband & I booked this experience as we were driving to Savannah in mid-February since the Blue Orb Ghost Tours were full. All the reviews are very promising so we thought it'd be worth the $100. The guides there are really friendly and personable. After they give a little background info on the building and explain the equipment you are broken up into smaller groups and rotate through different areas of building. I think whether you have a good experience is dependent upon who is in your group and if you even get any paranormal activity. The group we were in was awful, the other two couples barely participated in the activities and barely made an effort to even talk to each other. Along with a nonparticipatory group, we had minimal paranormal activity at best. And as a final strike, it was very cold in the building, which you are in for 2-3 hours.
If you are with more outgoing people you will probably have a better experience. Also, if the guides helped more during the night I think things would be better as well. Never having done something like this you don't really know how to get a good paranormal experience, the guides set us loose and we were often without a guide during the night. They say how some nights are slow and other nights are teaming with activity, I feel like that's more of a ploy to get you to come back. For our experience, it was a total bust and completely not worth the expense. It should be more reasonably priced like the other ghost tours in town. Find a different tour unless you are a die-hard believer and want to try your luck.
