Description: Located in the heart of the historic downtown City Market area, a.lure is an exciting new addition to the Savannah restaurant scene. Chef Charles Zeran's contemporary American Cuisine with Low Country twists complements a.lure's rustic modern ambiance. Our local farm to table philosophy is supplemented by exciting offerings from around the world. You can sample local grouper or big eye tuna flown in from Hawaii just for a.lure. Savannah clams, oysters, local crab meat, and fresh Georgia shrimp are just a few of the local items on our menu, as well Nebraska corn fed angus steaks, regional and Niman Ranch pork products, scallops from Maine, and Wagyu beef. We transform these wonderful ingredients into exciting dishes ranging from Low Country influenced offerings to globally inspired fare. Superb service and a gem from our ever expanding wine list will complete an amazing dining experience. Our goal at a.lure is to anticipate all of your needs and to exceed all your expectations.

“Exceptional Cuisine, Beautifully Presented”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 27, 2013

We ate dinner in this charming restaurant in downtown Savannah several nights ago. Everything about our evening was exceptional. The food was traditional southern fare with an unusual twist (i.e.a seafood "boil" that was actually deconstructed and broiled with crab cake and collard greens and corn souffle; a dessert made with layers of frozen goat cheese, passion fruit, lemon filling, a thin honey crisp, and sorbet). Service was attentive without being intrusive. On-street parking is limited. The web site is not current, but gives a good idea of the types of food on the menu. Truly one of the best meals we've eaten anywhere (including NYC, San Francisco, Paris and London)!

“Wonderful food & atmosphere.”

Shared several small plates. Scallops, chicken & waffles, chicken livers all exceptional. Salads are delicious as we'll.

“A Great Experience”

We had an absolutely great meal at Alure. The Lobster Ravioli and Seafood Pasta were fantastic. Our server's personality contributed to our enjoyment. Alure is worth a visit.

“Creative Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2013

Recommended by our hotel, who said no one came back disappointed. I was not very hungry, too much ice cream in the afternoon, so just had a appetizer. It was an amazing and large appetizer-- with scallops and corn and other interesting items. The service was friendly and efficient.
