“Best Bar Experience in Savannah”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2013

If you ever have the chance, do yourself a favor and have drinks on the rooftop bar at the Bohemian Hotel. You can sit outside eat, drink and enjoy the amazing view while you watch the ships go by. Catching a sunset is a must!!

“Great place to bum around”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2013

We had a nice relaxing weekend. Good food and friendly people.
We road the trolly for information on the area and then we walked around, shopped and nibbled on candy and ice cream at the shops.

Omar was the best tour guide on this tour! Very relaxing with information, without having to actually drive and figure it out ourselves. Highly recommend this!

“Great place to take a walking tour”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2013

Savannah is such a beautiful city and great for walking around and seeing the sights. Late fall and spring are perfect for visiting all of the little shops and galleries tucked around the squares. We took a trolley tour which was really helpful in getting us oriented before we started walking-there is so much to see that we would never have gotten to see our favorites otherwise. The only concern I had was walking around the waterfront at night. The crowd got a bit rougher at night-a couple from our hotel got mugged while we there there-it wasn't even really late. There are plenty of really excellent local restaurants beyond the usual low country seafood. Not just great atmosphere, but really skilled chefs.

“so charming;so southern; i added y'all to my vocabulary”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2013

paula deen's restaurant was very crowded, even with reservations, we waited over 30 minutes for a table. the service was great, but the food was mediocre .BEST restaurant we found (not mentioned on Trip Advisor.tsk, tsk) is Local ElevenTen...only serving meats, veggies, seafood, cheeses, etc. from local Georgia based sources. The Chef's Tasting, priced at $120 per person( with excellent wine) was as good if not better than any dinner I have had in my travels anywhere. Worth another trip just to enjoy again.
