“Savannah History”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 10, 2013

The Crystal Beer Parlor was recommended by the owner of Alex Raskin's antiques. Only blocks away, he said this was the place to go. Lot's of local folks dining there is always a good sign. Our orders were the "famous" shrimp salad sandwich and chili smothered burger. Both were great. The burger was heavy as one would expect :). The shrimp salad was really, really nice - fresh, cool, and light on a hot summer day. We also order a side - red rice something that was disappointing - but don't let that keep you from eating here! Yes, the beer selection was plentiful - but I was thrilled to find ginger beer on the menu! A perfect cold, refreshing compliment to my shrimp salad sandwich. Service - excellent.

“Excellent Lunch Service”

This is a beautiful restaurant with wonderful TV's to watch sporting events. I had a wonderful salad. It was quite large and very fresh. Our service was excellent! I will definitely come back when we return!

“Great place to eat!”

Loved the SheCrab stew and excellent draft beer selection. A nice, casual place to grab a good meal. Very reasonably priced.

“A Must if in Savannah”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2013

We were referred to this restaurant by employees at the Old Savannah Trolley Tours.
We were so glad they did. We were seated pretty quick and the waitress was very. Helpful and friendly. Naome had the meals fixed like we wanted and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great. My son said it was some of the best seafood he had eaten.
Great selection of beers are available. 5 of us ate until we were full and a few beers were had for less than $80. We will be back on our next visit to Savannah.
Even one of the guys from the kitchen saw us as we were leaving and asked if we enjoyed our meal. They all cared about their customers.

“Try to save room for dessert!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2013

Our party of eight had a wonderful meal at this family friendly restaurant. Most of our party ordered the soup and salad combo because the crab stew is a meal on its own. Other members had the ribeye and sandwiches. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and the burgers were delicious. We topped our meals off with the bannana egg roll, peach cobbler, and savannah mud pie. The deserts alone will make us come back again.
