A great location - in the heart of the historic district. I think every room is a suite. Very large and clean. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we've had in a hotel (the oatmeal was home cooked and warm).
Lots of restaurants nearby. You do have to pay for parking (maybe $20/day) but location makes up for it.

We were a (50) person group on a bus trip to Savannah from Myrtle Beach, SC where we are spending several months this winter. This hotel is located in the historic district downtown and is either new or completely renovated. Everything is very modern.

The Front Desk had all of our (25) rooms assigned and gave us our key cards immediately. There are six floors and only two elevators - - but, even with our large group there was never a very long wait.

My wife and I had a corner suite overlooking the block-square park across the street. We had two very comfortable queen beds - - the duvets were light weight - - just right.

The bathroom stool and a corner sink were in one enclosure - - the tub, shower and sink/vanity with faucet was in a another enclosure. Both have sliding pockets doors. These doors are designed without any locks. There is a closet separating the two facilities. Also one must be wearing pajamas or a robe to go between the two facilities.

There was a large flat-screen TV with a lot of channels. The couch had two cushions and the
the third was a divan where one can lie down. There is a work desk and computer chair.

The hot breakfast had quite a few selections - - much like a Hampton Inn.

There are quite a few restaurants within about four-five blocks - - we ate at Molly MacPherson's Pub which had very good food and good prices.

The conceriage is very good about marking a map to help guests walk to many eateries.

If you are driving (which we weren't) valet parking at the hotel is $18/day. There is a public parking deck across Congress Ave. which many guests use as it is less expensive.

It was a comfortable stay.

First time in Savannah and we had near 70's for soccor tourney in last weekend of January. Hotel room is ideal size for family of 4 on extended weekend. The shower/vanity was located in separate room. Then u had your own powder room. There was a living room area with refrigerator/couches partitioned by a desk. We enjoyed the heated pool and large jacuzzi. The location was easy walking distance to all the action near water front/downtown. There is a public parking deck next door if you want to avoid the $20 valet. The hotel was booked to capacity with student tours. They overran the breakfast area. I would stay here again and avoid the late morning breakfast rush. Check in and check out was swift. $135 is a good value but I'm sure its doubled for St Paddy's day.

We stayed here on our way home from Disney World. We picked it because of all the great reviews, and we are so glad we did! It's the perfect location, close to everything. The rooms are clean, modern and have everything you need. Staff were all very courteous and friendly. No complaints at all. Definitely will be staying there in the future.
