we got a late start and early morning and a late night but i must say, the staff made us feel at home. didnt matter what part of the day rather it be Ashley in the morning, Bonita at night and there was a new fella i think he said his name was Craig, lots of information and knowledgeable. This is credit to what a hotel should feel like and I will be returning again soon.

My family just spent three days at this property in the historic district of Savannah. We liked the location as well as the hotel. The lobby and breakfast areas are very comfortable and thoughtfully designed.

Both of our rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable and the CATV had a vast number of channels to choose from. Staff were all very friendly, including desk personnel, maids and especially the 'breakfast ladies'. While we did not use the conceirge service, we did notice that other 'tourist's were being well taken care of as they asked questons about Savannah and it's attractions and history.

The free breakfast was pretty good with a nice selection of fruit, yoghurt, Breads, oatmeal and eggs etc. They also had the necessary additions such as cinnamon, fruit and brown sugar for the oatmeal, as well as a nice salsa to spice up the generic egg patties or scramble. They even provided ketchup for those who like that with their eggs:)

On the down side, the wireless internet signal was consistently very weak in our rooms and I heard other guests make the same comment. Once the staff gave me an ethernet cable, that connectivity issue went away. Their lobby area business center computers worked very well. Free internet to me is essential, and the Country Inn and Suites has it. I tend not to be charitable about hotels that still gouge customers for this essential service.

Our validated parking at the indoor garage next door was convenient, but, not free. There were also a few glitches between the garage and the hotel that made entering and exiting somewhat confusing.

We also liked that the hotel is within a 2-5 minute walk of a number of very nice bars, eateries and beautiful neighborhood streets and parks.

This weekend I stayed at this hotel while visiting my daughter its well located, rooms are fine and staff very friendly. The breakfast in the morning is perfect to start the day .
Even though the day before we left they didnt make our room when I was checking out they adjust our fare so I will definitely syay here again!!!!

We stayed at Country Inn Suites for my mom's birthday. It was a great location within walking distance to all the Savannah historical district has to offer. The staff was excellent. Hats off to Quincy who met us at breakfast the first morning. His professionalism and attention to our needs was a really nice touch. Brenda and Sonya were right behind him with personal touches of their own that made us all feel warm and fuzzy. Breakfast had something to offer for everyone from fruit to nuts and was always good and hot. The rooms are a little dated and there were a few little imperfections with our room, but once Teolita at the front desk was informed she made everything better. No big deal. Her bright smile and attention to detail made us want to return to Country Inn Suites on our next visit. Thanks for a wonderful time!
