The whole experience overall was A++. The grounds are beautiful. The food was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and accomodating for ANYTHING. I have never been to a resort where the staff was as nice and accomodating as Nemacolin. I had a great all around experience and will be a return customer for many years as I live pretty close. It's a great place to get away. So many activities and excellent food. They also have a great Sporting Clay field. That is a lot of fun.

We enjoyed our stay at Nemacolin. We loved the property with hiking trails and many activities. There was a good assortment of restaurants to choose from. The food at Autumn was wonderful. The only thing that could have made our stay better was a comfortable bed.

Room Tip: We stayed in the lodge. Maybe the beds are better in one of the other buildings.

We arrived at the Nemacolin full of anticipation of three days at an upscale resort tucked away in the Pennsylvania mountains. Imagine our disappointment to be put in a room that was moldy and mildewy, with stains in the carpeting and peeling wall paper. It took them showing us two other rooms before there was one that didn't reek. This was Columbus Day week ... the place was already slowing down, with some of the facilities and restaurants were not operating. We had to ask for cushions for the chairs on our balcony. The ventilation system wasn't working and it was so hot and stuffy we opened the window (it was cool and rather rainy when we were there). That being said, the grounds were lovely full of fun sculptures and interesting little treasures. The animals seemed well cared for. It was a good location for visiting Falling Water and Kentuck Knob. And the location to the casino gave us options for evening entertainment since there were no nighttime activities on the resort.

Just an all around great place. So many things to do and everyone was so nice and helpful. A great value when you use one of there many packages. Taking the tour of the resort and seeing all of the different kinds of animals was a nice added bonus. Can't what to return, had a wonderful time.

Nemacolin Resort is one of the great values in luxury travel. The spa is exceptional, the variety of restaurants leaves nothing to want, and even the most basic room in the original lodge provides to perfect cocoon of peace and serenity. We've been to this resort with the kids and without and it serves equally well to both groups. If you can snag one of their internet specials you're even that much further ahead.

Wonderful stay with plenty of activities available, even in the late fall. Spa was amazing. I think the lodge rooms are a bit outdated but are big and comfortable. Restaurants ( mainly Autumn) were very good. A bit pricey so save your money and take advantage of a weekend package.

Exceptional, one of a kind, property in Western Pennsylvania. With the addition of "LADY LUCK CASINO" on property, it is impossible to see all and do all in a couple days. Food outstanding in all areas. Cookies and milk at night & Coffee and Danish in the mornings, as served by butler "TOMMY" something not available anywhere else. The view from 1916 of the 18th green from FALLIN ROCK a PICASSO!

Room Tip: Beautiful in winter, probably breathtaking in summer.
