Everything is Presidential, we stayed there on New Years eve. On the private balcony we enjoyed the fireworks with our family of 6. Myself an my husband enjoyed our stay so much that we came back 1 week later and enjoyed a private meal for two a couples massage all of this was private JUST US! It was complete pampering and quality time alone. Would highly reccomend Holland Residentials, for couples or for families who need more space, all of their units are huge!!!!!
