The service was fine and the hotel was relatively clean. We were surprised when we arrived to find that there was a chair that had a pull out bed, not a couch, which was our error; However, that is something easy to overlook when booking a reservation. Because we had our two children with us, we needed to ask for additional towels, shampoo, sheets and blankets for them. I get the need to ask the first night for the extra stuff, but then, the second day, we returned to our room at 4:30p after being gone all day to discover it hadn't been cleaned yet. We called to ask to get our room cleaned and requested the extra supplies. We ran to the pool for 45 minutes, and when we returned from the pool, they were in our room cleaning. Housekeeping could see that there were 4 people waiting to get in the room. When they left, we discovered we were still out of shampoo and again had only two towels. Later that night when I was ready to put the kids to sleep, we discovered they took the sheets and didn't replace them. We called down and the front desk was TERRIFIC! That said I think they need to work on housekeeping to make it a better stay!

Leslie was great at the bar. Even though it got very crowded, she was able to give us some great drinks! Even after happy hour was over, she was a great bartender! We ordered food from the restaurant, Leslie made sure we were taken care of!

Room Tip: Facing inside courtyard.

Nice place to stay within walking distance to numerous activities. Would highly recommend. Valet staff during day were extremely attentive. Breakfast was a plus and well prepared and very clean. Enjoyed managers reception with a variety of refreshments.

We just returned from a Wednesday-Friday stay. We traveled with 3 small children. The hotel is not very close the harbor, but rather a 10-15 minute walk downhill. There is a free bus that stops in front of the hotel that will take you to the harbor. We didn't take the bus because we wanted to see the area. The area surrounding the hotel is mostly tall office buildings, medical facilities, and banks, not much scenery. You have to walk a couple of blocks to find a decent restaurant. Walgreens is about 2 blocks away if you have an immediate need. Staff is lovely, very friendly and eager to engage. Breakfast was good and plentiful, decent considering its complimentary. We stayed mid week so we had no issues with slow elevators or a crowded breakfast. We ordered room service and found the food to be mediocre. Taste was just ok at best. The bar at night was nice, decent drinks although a bit pricey. The suites are large and well furnished. However they need a facelift. Carpets are stained, paint is peeling, furniture is chipped. THe only areas that appeared to be updated were the bathroom and wet bar. If I was to return to the area I would most likely stay here again because of the size of the suites that they offer fit my family.

I stayed here sunday and monday of last week. The first thing I noticed were the stains on my carpet opening the door. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the vanity is too small to put a makeup bag on. The walls must be very thin because I could hear both rooms on either side. The day I left I had planned to sleep until 8am, and had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, but housekeeping knocked 2 times. I paid a discount price of $150 for the room, but feel that was overpriced for what I got.

The hotel was very clean. Quick and easy check in. Jay checked me and my family in was very pleasant and helpful. Eddie the manager gave excellent customer service. Great view of the city from the 22nd floor. Breakfast was a full breakfast with a omelet chief. The B'Mpre Bistro Resturant in the hotel was very good and reasonable priced. The bed was heavenly. Enjoyed my stay did not want to go home.
