Just returned from the Harbor Court. Trip to the hotel was not pleasant. Missed two flights and did not arrive until 2:00 in the morning. The front desk was very pleasant and actually upgraded us to a semi harbor view. The room was very pleasant. Everything was present, however the sheet on the bed did have a tear in them. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were delightful. The common areas of the hotel are outstanding.

All of the staff was more than helpful. The bellman noticed we did not have an umbrella when we went out and provided us one for the day. The concierge made reservations for us at a resturant in Fells Point that actually picked us up in a limosine at no charge. The lounge was great with wonderful service.

We will definetly stay at the Harbor Court Hotel again.

Nice location--close to all the inner Harbor Attractions. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Front Desk was helpful but overall the service was lacking. My first room had a toilet that wouldn't stop running, but the front desk gave me a new room very quickly. My king size bed was way too soft and the pillows were very small. There was no hot water in the morning at 5:45. I tried again at 6:00 and finally ended up taking a lukewarm shower at 6:15. I couldn't get room service on the phone. I finally was transferred to the front desk who promised to page room service. But by the time room service called back I was already enjoying my cool shower. I settled for a donut from the coffee shop downstairs. When checking out, the front desk made no apologies about the cold shower. With all the nice hotels around the harbor, there's no reason to go back to the Harbor Court.

Stayed here twice over the summer months. Once as a family with my 2 children and another with just my husband. Both visits were wonderful. The rooms are very clean and spacoius. The harbor view rooms have a great unobstructed view. The hotel's location is the best. We walked to everything: Camden Yards, the Science Museum, the Aquarium, etc. The pool area is small but very nice. The staff was efficient. Look on line at the hotel's web site for packages that include parking and/or breakfast. When I called the hotel directly they had different rates than were available online.

My wife and I just came back from our Baltimore trip last night. We stayed at the Harbor Court Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is very beautiful. It has a Revolutionary War theme to it. Service is great at all the restaurants. It is true, there are no coffee pots in the rooms! But, it was alright, 24 hour room service took care of that. The only problems we had were that we didnt get a king bed as we requested, we ended up getting a double, and the toilet didnt work one night. But, this doesnt exemplify the atmosphere the staff had created. We got the SPA treatments done as well. Excellent services available there. Definetly worth the money you put into it.
