Very helpful and accomidating staff. Willing to book tickets for lots of sites. Have shuttles to help you get to sites near other hotels, 5 owned by same company. We had a package it came with champagne, dinner with appetizers and desert. We had a great time. Breakfast was great every morning. They really seemed to work with the guests around, things for families and couples.

There was no hot water on our second of two nights that we spent in the hotel. When the hot water was finally back on around 10pm, someone actually got us up out of bed banging on the door to tell us it was back on. This was almost 4 hours after the desk told us that it would be on in 15 or 20 minutes. There was no offer to give us a reduced room rate when I complained at check out.

Also, the valet lost our car, but thankfully they found it after about 20 minutes and decided to comp us for that.

There were many errors made in my reservations, which was very frustrating. Our room accommodations ended up not being what was promised. After leaving the hotel, I was able to remedy some of the errors in charges with lots of persistence. The roll-away beds were unbelievably shabby and uncomfortable. The rooms were also very old and dirty. The place needs updating. Upon checkout, there were "hidden" charges for each night's stay that people should be aware of. Although the price is better than other places that I checked, I would not stay here again. I also would not recommend it to others.

We (3 adults + 1 kid under 5) Spent $149.99+tax (almost $25) for a suite (bedroom w/ queen-size bed + additional room w/ sofa-type-bed). The price included free breakfast (very good) and free snacks/drinks in the evening (didn't get to try due to sightseeing plans). The bedroom had a partial view of the waterfront (if one looked at a 90 degrees angle outside the window). The location was very convenient (2 blocks from waterfront area). Valet parking was $25 so decided to park in an adjacent garage for $12 per day (great deal if you don't need to use the car, unfortunately we had to for dinner). Checkout time was 12:00 noon which gave plenty of time to sleep in longer.
Now for the gripes: Bedroom was small as was the bathroom. Bedroom had a queensized bed which was cramped for 2 adults and 1 kid. Rooms had low ceiling so felt a bit claustrophobic. Rooms looked old even though I had read somewhere that the hotel was renovated in last 6-8 years. Staff was minimal.
