The location of the hotel & it's reasonable pricing is reason enough to stay here. I spent a 3-day weekend in Baltimore and never had to use my car or hail a cab. The hotel is in a prime spot to access much of the Inner Harbor area.

Other selling points: The staff was friendly and helpful (we were double charged for parking but they immediately resolved the issue). The Cloud Club breakfast was great. All the stuff you'd expect from a good continental breakfast plus eggs, meats, waffles, etc.

The downsides: The place looks a little dated and the ceilings are incredibly low. If you're taller than 6-3 you literally may need to duck to get into your room. Parking was expensive, but that's what you get in most cities.

The service is amaizing I love the adopt a fish idea i named one joey. The prizes for the gold coins are amaizing! the blow drier in the brthrooms are kinda slow so set them on high. the towls and special soaps are amaizing. the beds are a "one size fits all" no mater if you have back pains or what. though the harbor is buetifull ask for a room on the other side because it is more quite. the view in all directiouns is buetifull the snacks are amaizing its also convienyet to be so close to the water. also subway is just acros the street. the enploies treated me like a queen even for my age and i am pretty young. sorry for my bad spelling and grammer. the wireless is not the best sad to say. try the sky level. Sniff Sniff i have sentimental ties to that place. please say hi to the man who works at the apitizer place on the top for me if you decide to stay there tell him i am the girl who named a fish joey. if i am asking this over the internet you must know how much i lovw this place!!!!

The hotel is very situated near the inner harbor - which is great to be near all the action and yet allows you to walk away. Price was reasonable - The rooms were as expected
But David the concierge in the breakfast suite was exceptional. He greeted everyone with a smile and a good thought - He was helpful and accomodating. He made the stay in Baltimore very pleasant

Reception too small,
Since it is cold out there is no environment within the hotel to spend some good time,
It is in the city so that what u get for the money.
Plus the surprise of the $29 a night to park your car
