There are some great things about this hotel - which I will tell you first, then get to the ugly parts. First of all, it's in a great location - easy to get to the ball fields and Inner Harbour. The staff was extremely friendly too. Now the ugly...the shower had long black hairs in it as well as very short ones - gross! The absolute most disgusting thing though was the toe nails on the night stand. I'm still freaked out about it. They did compensate our parking for that but still - very poor cleaning. In addition, we left the room at 9:30am, got back at 3:30pm and it was still not made up so we had to ask them to clean it. The hotel is right on the main streets so it's also very noisy - not to mention the car wreck outside our window at 2am!

I recently stayed at Brookshire Suites in Baltimore prior to an appointment at Johns Hopkins. The suite was outstanding, and the entire staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I especially appreciated the shuttle service to Johns Hopkins.

Very welcoming, staff was very nice, the manager made sure everyone was pleased during breakfast time and socialized with the costumers. The rooms were very clean one of the best I have seen. And the view we got from our room was beautiful. Great hotel. Highly recommend it.

Great location, great view (ask for a corner room) and great staff. We were able to check in early and very helpful with everything. It is a little outdated but well worth the $ we paid and the location is just priceless.
