Ate here twice, at a conference. Food has a lot in common with middle eastern cuisine, but with quite a few additions. The lahmacun appetizer is recommended, and would serve as a meal for many. These are thin crust pizza slices with spicy lentil paste, served with chopped tomato and onion and herbs and lemon wedges. Pides are also pizza like, elliptical, with mozzarella cheese and a variety of toppings; kids would like these. The doner kebab is good, but not distinctive. Bar is extensive, with turkish wine and sodas.
Located on St. Charles street, just south of the Washington monument, this old building has been dressed up to look quite exotic, with a pretty metal bar.
