“We'll be back each year for our anniversary!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2014 via mobile

Our stay at Grammercy was all that we hoped and much more than we expected. The staff was very professional and accommodating. We added the romance package and it was beautiful for our wedding night! We wish we could have spent a week there!

Best service, wonderful wedding ceremony. Love the room. Food was absolutely fantastic. Stayed in the blue garden suite. Fire place was a welcome addition to the trip. Nothing beats a real wood fire on a cold night.

Room Tip: Blue Garden Suite is right at the top of the stairs and is huge. Bath tub is a bit high so make sur...

Casey,

We are so happy to hear that you were able to enjoy the wedding ceremony! The Blue Garden suite always provides a spacious and relaxing environment. The wood fireplace truly helps, especially during the cold weather months. We hope that you join us again, and thank you for your review!

My husband and I stayed at Gramercy Mansion to celebrate our anniversary. Gramercy is located right next to Maryvale where we were married. We were very happy with our stay. It was warm and inviting on a cold January night. The mansion was grand and charming. Our room was very lovely, comfortable, and cozy. The service was friendly and unobtrusive. Our breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable and plentiful! We arrived in time to check in and the go out for dinner. We do not recommend the restaurant we ate at - Joey Chui's Greenspring Inn. It was the blandest Chinese food we have ever had.

We are pleased to hear that your winter getaway was filled with positive experiences! Staying so close to where you exchanged your marriage vows is a reminiscent treat; thank you for allowing us to provide a place to stay for your anniversary. On behalf of the Gramercy staff, we are sorry to hear about your restaurant experience at the off-site location. We hope that you return to stay with us soon!

Every five years my husband and I recreate our honeymoon at the Gramercy Mansion. That statement alone should be enough to convince anyone who is thinking about staying here to do so. The Gramercy is a step back in time with hallways filled with items (many for sale) that remind me of my grandmother's house. That is a great compliment. The quality of service and attentiveness of the staff also remind me of days gone by. The rooms could not be more beautiful or luxurious. From the whirlpool tub to the king size bed guests are surrounded with warmth, comfort and beauty. Our favorite room even allows for outdoor dining when the weather permits. Speaking of dining, the dinner basket is well worth purchasing. Dinner by candlelight with the table already set, the food already prepared and anything you might want only a phone call to the front desk away. The only problem we had was that we slept so well and so soundly that we almost missed breakfast!

We are overjoyed that both you and Tom continue to return to recreate your honeymoon! The historical element of Gramercy Mansion is one that is important to our identity, so having such a positive review on this aspect is great to hear. To compare it to your grandmother's house is a true compliment, and we thank you for your kind words!

We hope that you return in the spring or summer so that you can enjoy your favorite room's outdoor dining opportunity! The combination of the warm weather and sunshine creates such a fabulous atmosphere. Enjoying the dining basket while watching the sunset can be a true treat. Thanks again for your wonderful review!

My husband and I have stayed many times, each time is wonderful and we can hardly wait to get back. Thanks to everyone there who makes every stay amazing. The breakfast alone is worth the stay, I know that's my husbands favorite part.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Camelot Room, it is absolutely Lovely.

My wife and I just had our wedding here at Gramercy Mansion. Honestly, it exceeded our every expectation and provided a perfect wedding. The staff was amazing, the mansion itself is beautiful, and our overnight stay was among the best I've had at any location.

We'll be heading back for our anniversary next year. I can't recommend this place enough.
