We booked one of Celie's harborview rooms for a weekend, but unfortunately, due to some water damage, were moved to Suite 9. Now, normally, an upgrade like this would be welcome, but the suite was little more than a corporate apartment (although have to admit, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the place was very spacious with nice views). The rest of the Inn is tastefully decorated, especially the breakfast room, but the place nevertheless lacks a certain warmth and intimacy that one might expect from such a small bed and breakfast. The breakfast is good (especially the granola), but it's also rather impersonal, especially since they only serve a continental breakfast. At the end of the day, this is probably still one of the most interesting places to stay in the area (and the area is probably the most interesting in Baltimore), but I'm not necessarily sure it's worth the expense.
