Are people giving this 4 and 5 stars because they were surprised that a restaurant at an airport hotel didn't suck? Because the food was fine, but it definitely does not rock. More like easy-listening elevator music. The "cucumber wrapped salad" looked interesting, but had the flavor of a handful of pre-washed greens from a bag, and the dressing was grocery-store shelf average. Crab cakes were very good, lots of jumbo lump meat, but a bit heavy handed on the sauce - two of these would have been gag inducing.
The night we were there (8/10/12) the service was very slow. 10-15 minutes without water or menus - apparently our waitress wasn't informed we were in her area, though it's not that big and we weren't hidden from view. But things didn't seem to pick up much from there - the meal ended up taking over two hours, and not because we're leisurely eaters, There was just lots of down time between visits by the wait staff. There were at least four of them, and they appeared to be more interested in hanging out in the back talking to each other than visiting their tables. Make sure you leave plenty of time if you're on the way to the airport - or anywhere else that evening.
