I cut out a list of the top ten great italian cold cut subs from the Balto Sun several years ago. Fortunato Brothers was on there at #3 (actually, I think they were in alphabetical order). So I ordered the 8 onch italian cold cut with the works, no mayo, just oil and vinegar. The sub was very good and filling. The "innards" of the sub were what made it. Just enough to fill the roll. I would have given it a "great" rating but I thought the roll was nothing special. It was good and fresh and didn't take away from the meat and cheese but didn't really add anything to it.
