“Good Inner Harbor Restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2010

Very popular restaurant with longish waiting times. Once seated, we were pleased to find the ambience convivial and party-like, but without any feeling of being overcrowded. Cordial and proficient service. Extensive menu with quite a few not-too-pricey choices. We found the dishes tasty and the portions on the large side. Best items were the Crab Cakes, Hibachi Beef and Seared Albacore Tuna. Had to skip Dessert but couldn't resist taking out some of the Cheesecake items on the way out of the restaurant!

“good food!!! poor service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2009

let me just start by saying that the food was excellent. there were 4 people in our party and everyone liked their dish. the service, however, was very poor. first off we were sat at a table underneath a burnt out light. we could barely see the menus. we complained and they brought us 1 candle. our waiter messed up 2 of our orders. i requested a side salad and was brought fries. my friend requested soup and never got his soup. the soup was taken off the bill with no arguements.

“Only place with a wait in Harbor Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 17, 2009

Yummy food, quick, excellent service, and worth the 20 minute wait for a table. Wish we were all hungry enough to eat dessert!

“The way I remembered it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2009

We recently went to the Cheesecake factory after several years. I love this restaurant but it has gotten very popular, very pricey and very crowded over the years. We just happen to pass it during the week in Baltimore where we were staying for a night - and it was like I remembered it. Great service. Excellent food. And great price! You can never eat dinner and eat dessert at the same time -so we got it to go - packed as beautifully as ever. Come back to the Cheesecake factory again - we had a great experience.
