Fun to go to this location, but grabbing dessert from the hunt valley or canton locations is good also. We particularly love the chips and dip. A favorite to bring to a party. Gelato excellent also!

“Want to go there right NOW”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2013

Little Italy, Baltimore Md. They have other cafes around the Burbs, but the experience is in the heart of Little Italy. My husband took me here after our date in 1989!, We have been going there once every 2 months since! Besides the great cannoli's the caesar salad with chicken, the panini's,the American cheese cake with every topping fresh I might add, U can think of U order on top! Its about the experience! A great neighborhood to visit!

“Love this place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2013

Everytime we are in Baltimore for dinner, we always hit up this place before going home for take-home Italian pastries. They are expensive, but well worth it. If you go earlier in the night the line is a lot shorter. The take home cannoli kit is great because you can enjoy them fresh at home. Have never gotten something I did not love. And the gelato is amazing! Love, love, love the cookies too!

“The place for dessert in Baltimore's Little Italy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2013

Great pastries. Canolis are outstanding! Service is friendly. Can get crowded (and friendliness of the service sometimes declines when it does). Atmosphere is just OK.

“If dessert was royalty, Vaccaro's would be king.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

Let's talk about some royalty. Vaccaro's is the KING of the desserts. All freshly prepared and not too pricey either! It's a good time whether you are there solo just to grab some cannoli or there with friends entertaining for a good time.

Vaccaro's takes a ton of pride in the making of their desserts. It's very surprising that they are not in the Gault Millau or Michelin Guide. But I forget, they only rate the trendiest restaurants.

Everything in here is fantastic from top to bottom! The atmosphere is great! It's always busy and not only that, it's a GOLD MINE. People come from FAR and WIDE just to get themselves a cannoli, tiramisu, or gelato.

This is one place you want to go to after a nice stroll at the Harbor.
