“Great stuff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2012

Vaccaros is a wonderful place to enjoy dessert. The coffee is really good and the assortment of cookies, cakes and special dishes are endless. I have never sat down in the little Italy location but from what I've seen standing in line all looks good, I believe it's all just dessert but no food. We've usually gone there after dinner and taken our hot drinks and bag of goodies home to eat.

“Delicious”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2012

It was so good, had a Napoleon and a cream puff that were out of this world! Little Italy is hard to find and only 2 or 3 blocks total but this pastry and the fresh pasta shop make it worthwhile.

“A slice of Heaven!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2012

If you get the chance, stop by Vaccaro’s for a slice of their Raspberry Napoleon Pastry. It truly is a small slice of Heaven!

“Best cannolis !”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

Hands down the best cannoli I've ever had - I've had cannolis from all over...The Little Italy in Boston and New York, and Connecticut and up until now...My favorite cannoli was in Boston. Then, I made a trip to Baltimore and stopped in Little Italy and stumbled upon Vaccaro's. Definitely worth a visit. However, the pignoli cookies were a miss....Kind of disappointed there. Oh, and the service was terrible. We were waiting forever just for someone to acknowledge that we were there.

“Vaccaro's Italian Pastry Shop”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

Vaccaro's Italian Pastry Shop in Little Italy is sometimes the only place you might go on a date. Many locals like to go here for the pastry and the coffee. Always enjoyable although some times you may wait in line for a seat and it can get crowded. The pastry and coffee can add up quickly so split your pastry or at least pay attention to the price before you buy or just be prepared to spend. This is the most delicious and authentic Italian pastry in Baltimore and a much favored destination for the locals.
