“Hidden Delight”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

My friends and I were in town visiting and wanted to find some tasty breakfast and we certainly found it here! We sat up at the counter and enjoyed some tasty eggs, bacon, and breakfast potatoes. What a treat! The guys behind the counter were so friendly. I will definitely eat there again when I return for another visit!

“Wonderful hole in the wall near the waterfront”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2012

Had an amazing fresh fish stew over rice, with shrimp, mussels, tilapia that was only $9 for lunch. Most expensive item on the menu! Great find.

“Cheap local eats”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

This local establishment is tucked in an alley about 2 blocks north of the inner harbor. It is a greasy spoon deli with cheap prices compared to its neighboring establishments. The owner is friendly and the service is prompt.

I had read many reviews of the place and expected great food at a reasonable price. My first mistake was probably coming here for lunch. The breakfast here is reviewed most favorably. The steak sandwich that I had was OK. It was typical diner food and did not live up to my expectations. The crab meat sandwich also didn't look that appealing. The prices were reasonable ($11 for lunch), but again, they definitely were not the bargain that I was expecting.

Overall, decent food at a decent price in a very touristy district. I would probably come back again for breakfast, but would try different places for lunch.

“Simple local goodness!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2012

This is a great place for a casual delicious breakfast. It has a great local feel with simple breakfast. The eggs were great, they used a delicious seasoning which really made the flavor pop. Everything about the place was comforting and cozy while being perfectly simple. Its like walking into a rural local diner in the middle of the city.

“Good eats!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2012

I love these places...greasy spoons with character.
Had breakfast there. As noted, cheap and good. The server was super nice.
Can't get any better than this.
Although this place is a bit hard to find it is quite close to Inner Harbor.
